  • Shipping & Delivery:
    • How long does shipping take? 
      • Depending on your location and the shipping method delivery can be anywhere from 2-7 days.
    • How much does shipping cost?
      • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on: Your delivery address Parcel size/weight Selected delivery method
    • Can I track my order?
      • If you choose  a direct delivery via Courier Guy then you can track your order via their website
      • If you have chosen delivery to a PUDO box then you will receive SMS updates
    • Do you offer international shipping?
      • Unfortunately not (SA Only)
    • What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
      • We offer options for address direct delivery, or to a PUDO box for collection at your own convenience
  • Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
    • What is your return policy?
      • Once your delivery is received we allow 7days for requesting a return
    • How do I return a damaged or defective item?
      • To initiate a return, please contact us at suuport@everythingleopard.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return reference number.
    • How long does a refund take?
      • Refunds take 3-7 business days as we are reliant on the banking system to process these

    • Do products come with a warranty?
      • To keep our prices as low as possible for you, we don’t offer a formal warranty on our items. However, we take great pride in our customer service! If you ever run into an issue, please reach out—we’ll always do our very best to find a fair solution for you.
