Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please notify us immediately on delivery should you wish to log a return.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@everythingleopard.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return reference number.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you provided we have stock. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
