Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Options

We currently offer flat-rate shipping options within South Africa. You can select your preferred method at checkout:

The Courier Guy (Door-to-Door)

  • Major Cities (R150.00): Valid only for addresses within a 50km radius of major city centers (JHB, PTA, CPT, DUR, PE/Gqeberha, ELS, BFN, PMB, NLP, GRJ).

  • Outlying / Regional Areas (R195.00): Valid for all other towns, suburbs, and coastal areas outside of the major city centers.

PUDO Locker Pick-up (R79.00)

  • Delivery to your designated PUDO locker nationwide.

  • How to select your locker: Please find your nearest locker at www.pudo.co.za and type the locker name into the "Order Notes" box on your Cart Page before checking out. If no locker is provided, we will select the one closest to your billing address.

  • You will receive a notification (SMS/email) with a PIN code once your parcel is ready for collection.

  • Important: PUDO only allows 36 hours for you to collect your parcel once it arrives.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS from us with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Uncollected Parcels

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address or PUDO locker name. We cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or delayed due to incorrect details being provided.

  • If a door-to-door parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

  • If a PUDO parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the 36-hour window, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the parcel.
